The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw used towels into the bathtub on the second floor.
Gather trash bags and place in the garbage bins, which are outside of the house next to the garage.
Please lock the patio and garage doors. Upon exiting the front door, press the "lock" key on the smart lock, you'll hear the lock engage.
Please make sure that TV remotes are placed back to their original areas - such as on tables or on dressers.
Please load the dishwasher and start a cycle - dishwasher pods are underneath the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
