This is a large 6 bedroom home, but can also split into two separate units, a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. The first floor is a separate 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, with full kitchen/living/dining area. The second and third floors combined, are a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit, with a very large kitchen/living/dining area and 5 terraces/balconies. The fourth floor is the roof deck with heated, salt water, infinity pool, a beautiful palapa-covered outdoor living room, and plenty of loungers to lay out in the sun.

Below the house are some common areas shared with just two other 3-bedroom homes. My family lives in one, and we rent out the other. Privacy for your group in any of these areas for certain time periods can be requested as well. We are an eco-friendly property, promoting efficiency and sustainability. We are beginning to grow food on the property, we recycle all of our gray water to keep our gardens happy and healthy all year, we encourage guests to compost, recycle, minimize plastic/styrofoam usage, and anything we can do to protect this beautiful village and keep it thriving.
