Get ready to relax in this brand new 3-bedroom house located on a cul de sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms feature queen beds in two rooms with twin beds in the third. All have luxury linens, perfect for a good night's sleep. Leather furniture with reclining sofa and a large smart TV/wifi add finishing touches. Amenities include Keurig coffee, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms include tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner. body wash and hair dryer for added convenience. Washer/dryer/detergent in laundry room. Additionally, shuffleboard and a pool table are located in the garage with space available for one car. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Drive straight down 4th or 19th Streets to Texas Tech!

Great home for our family to gather together for graduation. Property is brand new in new, safe neighborhood. Clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable and good showers. Host was very welcoming and instructions were easy. Overall great stay!

Mary was an excellent host!Great communication. Followed up after to see if she could add anything to make our stay more. comfortable. Brand new and very clean. Fast internet. She gave a great recommendation for Evie Mae’s which was incredible. 10/10 would recommend.

We live in Lubbock and own several properties. This purchase is for future use for our granddaughter to live in while attending Texas Tech. The first two grandchildren to enter college chose Baylor and SMU. We are proud this one chose Tech , our Alma mater. We love to travel and rent VRBOs so it’s a pleasure to offer this to you to enjoy as we’ve enjoyed others. We are local and here to serve you, offer advice on restaurants, directions, whatever your need. Come stay with us!
