Jet Ski Deck



The space has a jet ski deck available for use.

A fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged per operation (launch and retrieval – 1 time).



For everything to go smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time for access to the property to be released. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ Noise is not permitted from 22:00 onwards (Quiet Hours).



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive to registered guests, and entry of other people is not permitted.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.



⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



⚠️ There is no daily cleaning service during the stay. If you are interested, please check with reception for availability of the service.
