Booking process was smooth and without issue. Check-in was a breeze; key lock code and we were in. The home is very spacious and comfortable for a family, or even a few families at a time. It also was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is nicely stocked with utensils, plates, appliances, etc. A little welcome "kit" to get us started was a nice surprise (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher and washer pods, garbage bag, TP, PT) to avoid rushing out to the store. Enough bath towels were supplied, too.The video and arcade games were an absolute hit with both my son and husband. The other games were a nice addition as well.The pool area is secured with safety in mind; anyone with littles will appreciate the door alarms plus safety fence. It was nice to relax at the patio table, as well as have control over the spa and pool controls. I highly recommend heating the pool even in April.When it came to communication, we received quick responses and answers. Everything was clear and easy to understand. Location is great for all things Disney and Universal. The community is not too large, and everyone was respectful and quiet. We did visit the resort pool and got around the lazy river only once before a downpour forced us out but it overall was clean and a nice change of scenery.You will not be disappointed!
