Amazing 5 Br/5 Villa with private spa pool 299

Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/spa heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool/spa heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

A vacation to remember!

The champion gate area was a beautiful and relaxing estate, the villa was amazing with a very supportive hospitality management team, that made our two week stay very comfortable. We look forward to revisiting this wonderful vacation spot in Orlando Florida in the near future! Thanks again for everything!

Family memories!!

We traveled to this house for my 60th birthday. My two daughters and their families met me there. We did Disney two days and had a hurricane for my birthday. It was great to celebrate 60 years at the happiest place on earth. Would recommend this house to anyone that needs to have plenty of room to do family things but also room to have your own time. My whole family gave this place to thumbs up from the smallest child to the oldest child!!

Great House

This house is great. Very clean, great neighborhood and the property manager was very responsive. Main frustration is that the house doesn’t have many essentials, ie. salt and pepper and other basic things that are included in similar rentals. Publix is right down the street but you end up spending a lot of money on basics that you can’t take home when you’re flying. The rental also only had 5 beach towels so we had to purchase more of those as well. Would still rent again, but make sure I bring things like salt and beach towels in my luggage!

Better than imagined

This was an absolutely beautiful home. It was super clean, smelled great, and extremely spacious but cozy. The location is safe and out of the way but in a short driving distance to popular attractions. The safety of the neighborhood is amazing, very polite employees at the gate station. It is so safe that I did not put a visitors name on the list before getting there and they wouldn’t let them in. That was understandable and my fault, at the same time made me feel safe. The pictures of this property are beautiful but do not do it justice. It is so much better in person. The house was equipped with everything you would need and there is a grocery store within one mile. We are already looking into booking our next stay here.

Great Stay

We stayed at this house with my family: my husband, three boys, grandma, and aunt. The amount of bedrooms was perfect for us. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The air conditioner worked fantastic. Couldn't figure out how to turn the jacuzzi on or how it worked... and never got a response about it. The lazy river and water park were closed, and it would've been nice to know that, because we had planned on going there. The neighborhood was really pretty. The neighbors played really loud music outside, which was irratating, but I'm sure the owner couldn't do anything about that. Be aware, there are no condiments, salt, pepper, olive oil, so bring your own! Also, if you're staying more than a few days, you'll need toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry soap, etc. There were plenty of bath & pool towels, so that was great. We went to Universal & the drive was about an hour with traffic (most all the time), and 30 mins without (Sunday). It was farther to Cape Canaveral, about 1.5 hours. Overall, a great experience. Wonderful stay

The house is exactly as pictured! It is very beautiful and well kept! The onsite amenities are also nice. We would definitely stay again. There’s plenty of room in the home as well as plenty to do to keep all ages entertained.

A month’s stay

We booked this villa for the entire month of February 2025. The unit was clean and comfortable. Some issues arose during our stay but were addressed quickly. The pool must have a leak, every three days we had to call for a fill. There were not enough hand towels for each bathroom and the knives were very dull. We enjoyed our stay and the grounds. A map of the Champions Gates facility would be helpful.

Post Christmas visit

Property was very nice. Just a couple glitches/room for improvement. Travel crib was listed as amenity, but not secured. Requested, but no follow up communication. Provided our own. Electrical outlets in 4 of the bathrooms did not work. Very slow drain in front bathroom tub. Also, received check out instructions less than 2 hours before required check out time, otherwise, very nice, great location, beautiful house.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Large house with lots of space for everyone and the pool was great! The nearby clubs are also an awesome added bonus with lots of amenities to enjoy! Whenever we messaged with questions or concerns they were very quick to respond and address what we needed! Beautiful Home

The home was immaculate and so beautifully decorated! It was the perfect set-up for our family of 5! With an open concept living room and kitchen and an additional loft, there was plenty of room to spend time together and then have personal space in the 5 bedrooms / bathrooms. We have already made plans to return in the future.

Amazing Epcot/SeaWorld Property

This property is as advertised - and amazing! Large, spacious, great sized rooms, tons of bathroom space, large open family space, great sleeping arrangements, private pool, and tons of amenities. We stayed here with 7 and there was plenty of room. The home is 25-35 minutes to Disney, which is just fine and it's an easy drive. We loved everything about this property and highly recommend it - either for a Disney vacation, or even a relaxing family vacation. With the amenities onsite, you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. Close to groceries, shops, and restaurants as well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clarify some of the checkout instructions, and provide some basic kitchen items such as salt/pepper, etc. Other than these very minor items, we loved everything about this property.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this home deserved one. Out of all of our vacation spots this has been the best! It was amazing and the whole family loved it. Very accessible to the amenities on the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with family. Able to have plenty to f space with all the amenities of home. Was a little far from Disney property but not overwhelming. Convenient to restaurants and food store.

Great house

We loved the house. The pool was great and it was comfortable. It was a nice neighborhood, but was ruined by other neighbors/renters making noise until 1-2 am. The noise kept us awake.
