Free Parking:
There is free street parking on both sides of the street (just be careful about street cleaning days and handicap spots) as well as free nightly parking from 9pm-7am at 249 N. Chicago Street which is just around the corner from us. From 7am-9pm, it`s $0.50 an hour or $2.50 to park for the whole day!

Feel free to use our shared common kitchen which is located on the 2nd floor and at the end of the hall. It’s open to use for everyone, by everyone. Also, make use of our spacious backyard and entrance lobby, now equipped with outdoor furniture and a comfy olive-green couch!

I don`t live on the premises, but I constantly check-in and monitor the building. I am always available by phone, text, and email so feel free to send a message or give me a call at any time!

Boyle Heights is a mostly Latino community. Venture out and find some of the best Mexican food the city has to offer, as well as murals, cool graffiti, and lots of taco trucks. It is a short drive to Downtown LA, the Arts District, and more.
