New ownership as of November 1, 2025. This property is currently undergoing extensive interior and exterior updates. We anticipate renovations to be completed by late March 2026. The exterior photos shown are current, and interior photos will be updated immediately upon completion
Located ON the beach, the home is also conveniently close to local dining and breweries, boutique shopping, the Surf City Pier, and public boat ramps. Wilmington is less than an hour away, offering access to larger city amenities and an international airport, while the immediate area retains the small-town coastal charm Surf City is known for.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please keep dogs off furniture.
Cover hot tub before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please rise off before returning from beach, may need to also rise walk way to minimize sand brought into the house.
Please return beach chairs and umbrella to under house storage.
