I would highly recommend this house to rent, especially if you have Electric Vehicles as there are very few on VRBO that have level two chargers for some reason. The house is well appointed and has a great back yard for those with pets. We rented it for 3 months and it was the perfect place for us while we waited for our house in California to sell and the purchase of our new home in Denver to settle. The washer and dryer are new and were great. The bed in the master is a little softer than what we like, but that's very preferential and the chances of you renting a house with the perfect bed is unlikely just facing the facts. The neighborhood is decent, but you should familiarize yourself with it as there is very little to anything walkable. However, it is extremely convenient to lots of places. I work in Broomfield and it was a short commute which I loved. Paco was extrememly responsible when we reached out and was an EXCELLENT host. Knowing what I know now, I would have made the same choice with zero regrets.
