Why they chose this property
We’ve been coming to the island for several years, staying on the French side. We discovered our apartment on the Dutch side with a realtor and made the purchase happen. We took one look at the pool and the view and we were sold!!!!
What makes this property unique
The Point Blanche location is very special. It lets you easily head over to the French Side, yet is very close to Philipsburg and the beach. It is a very authentic island location, close to the excursions marina next to the cruise port. We took one look at the pool and the view and we were sold!!!! Meanwhile, the building (electronic gate access) is overlooking the ocean, and is secured by a wall all around - making it extremely serene and quiet. The infinity pool is so beautiful and St. Barth’s sits in the distance!
