Lake June's sand bottom makes it perfect for boating, water skiing, jet skis, paddle boarding and fishing. There is access to a private boat ramp less than a half mile away. The yard is fenced on the sides. The 4 bedrooms sleep 9 with 3 full baths complete with towels, blow dryers and soaps. Feel at home with modern conveniences, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, picnic tables, washer/dryer. and linens.
The downtown area of Lake Placid is less than 8 min away and offers dinning, grocery stores, thrift stores, churches and restaurants. If you are a member of the American Legion, Am Vets, Moose, or Elks there are nearby Posts in Lake Placid, Sebring and Avon Park. Stopping for a few days on a motorcycle? No problem.
