The property is nice facility with great amenities. Room was clean. This is a family resort and keep that in mind if you’re planning an “adult getaway “! It was a bit busy with lots of children and the hallways seemed busy with kids.They only disappointment was I was not able to check in to my room until 4:30pm when it was suggested via my host to try early check in. My room was not ready . In retrospect with regards to check in, I left well before checkout time of 10am and still baffled that I couldn’t get into my room until 4:30pm. This property is a timeshare facility and if I had known that, I would’ve chosen a different.
