This beautiful pool home offers two levels of comfort with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate both relaxation and functionality.

The main level features three bedrooms, a spacious dining room, a large kitchen, and a bright living room with a skylight. There are two full bathrooms, each with oversized showers. Two bedrooms offer one queen bed each, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds. Two rollaway twin beds are also available, allowing the main level of the home to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

The living room provides a comfortable gathering space with a sofa and additional room for the rollaway beds, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The upper level is a private suite with its own entrance, perfect for added privacy. It features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a spacious living area with a sofa sleeper, a full bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. While there is no stove or oven, the space includes an electric skillet, slow cooker, hot plate, microwave, and kettle for convenient meal preparation.
The upper level comfortably allows up to three guests.
Originally built in 1947 and tastefully updated in 2007, this charming mid-century pool home is located on prestigious Boulevard of the Presidents on Lido Key in Sarasota. Surrounded by mature tropical landscaping and a fully fenced yard, the property offers a true private oasis just a short stroll from the Gulf’s warm waters and powder-soft sand beaches.

The main level includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the upper-level guest suite (added in 2007) provides a separate retreat with its own entrance, making it ideal for extended family or guests who prefer additional privacy.

The inviting eat-in kitchen opens to the backyard, where you’ll find a sparkling in-ground pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

You’ll be just minutes from some of Florida’s most desirable destinations. Walk or bike to Lido Key Beach or St. Armands Circle, known for its upscale dining, boutiques, and entertainment. Just over the Ringling Bridge, downtown Sarasota offers world-class dining, live theater, ballet, and opera. Nearby, Ted Sperling Nature Park provides opportunities for kayaking through mangrove tunnels, birdwatching, fishing, and peaceful picnics. Continue south to South Lido Beach or head north toward Longboat Key along scenic cycling paths.

The home includes three full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and essential items, along with central heating and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. The fully fenced yard and heated in-ground pool (heated during cooler months) provide a relaxing and private outdoor space.

Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, and the mangrove tunnels are just down the street for those looking to explore.

Your stay is hosted by a licensed real estate agent and experienced property manager with over 19 years of experience, offering a level of professionalism and care you can trust.

Lawn and pool services are scheduled weekly. Pool service takes place on Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Lawn service is on Tuesdays between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Sprinklers operate early in the morning from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM.

Easy checkout instructions include starting the dishwasher, turning off lights, locking the door, leaving the home in a tidy, broom-swept condition, and placing used towels in the shower areas. We’ll take care of the rest.

Had a great beach trip with family. The beach was within walking distance and there was free parking for the truck at beach. The pool was a great place for the afternoon after all day at the beach. GREAT TIME!

We came with our family of five and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. The pool was warm, even in the shade, which made for great pool days. Whenever we had an issue with the property the host quickly responded and solved the problem. We would happily stay again!

Overall a great property! Location was perfect for walking to the beach for sunrise, sunset, or for the day. We didn’t use the upstairs apartment, so it wasn't an issue, but the floor appears to need repair. The house was nice and updated.

Amazing location on Lido key!

Fantastic location on Lido key with easy access to a beautiful beach. The house was clean and comfortable but the layout was unusual with one bedroom accessible through another (or outside) and another small apartment upstairs. The pool was nice but there could be additional accommodations outside to eat or relax. Great value but expect the basics.

We have two sons, their wives, and two granddaughters. The house was ideal for our group and, being located in a beautiful neighborhood a block from the beach, delighted our granddaughters. Overall the family get together in Lido was perfect. One additional comment about the house, everything needed was provided. We could have moved in immediately and needed to buy nothing.

Private Lido St. Armand's House with Unusual Layout

This was a great private retreat for our family and friends for three weeks. The landlord was very responsive to minor issues and it's location is incredible. It worked well for us but future renters should know that the bedroom with the twin beds is be suited to young children of a couple staying in the master. Also, the 4th bedroom upstairs is like a mini-apartment and is awesome for older teens and young adults or a couple. It's entrance is on the exterior of the house. Overall, we loved our experience and the landlord was fantastic. The pool was a great temperature and we enjoyed short walks to the beach and St. Armand's. We'd rent here again for sure!

Best Lido Beach House!

Linda, we loved staying at your home in Lido just steps away from the beach! You had everything we needed to enjoy a fabulous trip. So much so, that we want to keep it a secret! The house was perfect for our two families with children. A big house with a private pool, beach items including a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids. A short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. Plenty of kitchen items, plates, bowls, spices, comfortable king size beds, clean updated bathrooms, full size washer/dryer, and a separate apartment upstairs! The corner lot made us feel like we were in our own resort. We are already planning our trip for next year. So close to the beach and such a relaxing atmosphere! I can’t wait to get back to Lido!

The BEST Family vacation house!!

1st, I can’t speak highly enough about our host Linda! Her communication with us was outstanding and she was so accommodating to our family… lending us her children’s life jackets, looking for babysitters for us when ours cancelled. Linda just went above and beyond!Now, about the house: We had family coming in from Alaska, Montana, South Carolina and Wisconsin, it was a feat in itself coordinating everything. The house was just perfect for each family. We never felt like we were on top of eachother, plenty of room. The pool for the 4 and 7 year old was a Godsend, they were like little fishes swimming in there for at least 4 hours a day! The walk to the beach was literally 3 mins, so we could enjoy the pool then go to the beach then back to the pool while the adults prepared grilling dinner, the kids would swim. The description of the house was absolutely spot on. Super clean too! Just a super family friendly house!We will definitely be coming back next year!

Perfect beach location!

Nice, clean house, well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels, beach and pool floats, chairs, etc. Nice dining room. Easy one block walk to the beach. One drawback; apparently if the pool needs cleaning, there is nothing that can be done to make the pool useable. We had a storm and I sent a note to management the same day saying it would need to be cleaned (pool guy recommended we do this when we saw him at the start of our stay if we received a lot of rain). Storm was on a Tuesday. On Friday, normal pool cleaning day, it had still not been cleaned because other properties were being prioritized over ours, according to Management (how that priority works, I don't know). Paid a lot to have a pool and couldn't be used for half the stay. As of Saturday morning it still hadn't been cleaned; this part was very disappointing. We enjoyed the house, but really wished we could have used the pool.
