ACCOMMODATIONS...The Pittsburgh House will comfortably accommodate 6-12 Adults & Kids NOTE: The three bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the Pittsburgh House sleeps a maximum of 6 adults & kids comfortably, If you have a larger group totaling 8-10 adults/kids, there is a Family Guest Loft that includes a 2nd full bath, a King bed, two single beds toand a couple of sofa beds accommodate larger groups. *Babies are considered kids, and we supply Pack-n-Play beds for babies/kids!

SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS...
ELDERLY AND LIMITED MOBILITY GUESTS HAVE THE OPTION TO SLEEP IN THE FIRST LEVEL DAY-SUITE WHICH SLEEPS UP TO 2 ADULTS.
The Pittsburgh House has repurposed our ground level sun room to accommodate special needs guests who may not be able to use the staircase to the upper floors.

CLEAN AND SAFE... Our preparation for each new rental begins by disinfecting all commonly used railings, doorknobs, light switches, etc. ... then sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, disinfecting, and renewing every surface in every room... floors, walls, and ceilings... (A full day's work for two house cleaners) ... additionally, all appliances are cleaned and every bed is stripped and bedding laundered to our personal standards... You won't be disappointed!

ADDITIONALLY, Professional UV Air Filtration & Disinfecting Treatments are completed, as necessary, after each rental to target and destroy any mold, mildew, airborne contaminates and disease-causing bacteria and viruses.

We are a HOLIDAY PLACE for the whole family This past year we shared The Pittsburgh House with Families for Birthday Celebrations, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, and reunions for guests who chose Pittsburgh to get together with their old friends, neighbors, and schoolmates to relax, reminisce, and share life experiences...

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN …Our fully equipped, stainless chef's kitchen features a five burner gas range with convection oven, wrap around butchers block work station, white quartz counter tops, double door stainless refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, wine chiller, and prep reefer, and a full complement of pots & pans, a selection of herbs & spices, and enough dishes and flatware to serve a dozen guests.

WINE BAR... The multi-level kitchen also features a refreshment lounge with lounging sofa and side chairs and bistro table...It is a great space to relax with a glass of wine and finger food...

BREAKFAST ROOM/COFFEE BAR... A step down on the far side of the kitchen is a small breakfast nook. which includes a functional sideboard with a fully stocked coffee/tea station...and a vintage country farm table that seats four.

DINING TERRACE WITH a small decorative WATERFALLS & GRILL
Wrought iron & glass umbrella table, lots of plantings, and a functioning grill which is a veteran of many memorable cookouts...

OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE:
The Living Room features engineered wood floors, mid-Century Modern furnishings, a black marble fireplace with ten-foot ceilings. The room flows into the Dining Room with mid-century Eames Racetrack dining table that seats 6-8 guests.

DAY SUITE
Also on the first floor is the Day Suite that includes a leather sofa-bed, vanity with mirror and a TV for playing various recorded media. NOTE: Although there may be occasional traffic noise from the Boulevard, during peak traffic times, The Day Suite is a perfect alternative for those restricted to a single floor environment. and to accommodate elderly and/or physically challenged guests...

1ST FLOOR POWDER ROOM... The Day Suite also includes access to the 2nd floor bathroom shower and 1st floor powder room that are also accessible for all House guests.

SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS... The three 2nd Floor Bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six adult Guests and include a King Bed suite and two Queen Bedrooms... Comfortably sleeps six guests.

FULL BATH WITH SHOWER... The 2nd floor ALSO includes a
Bathroom that includes a modern water closet, a double bowl vanity sink, with a large profile mirror, a walk-in shower, and a linen closet for extra towels, soaps and toiletries... .

LAUNDRY ROOM... Also on the 2nd floor is a convenient and modern laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as an iron and fold out ironing board. (For your personal laundry only and including a starter supply of detergents and other laundry supplies

FAMILY LOFT SUITE (Optional) *... In order to accommodate families with children we suggest the Family Loft Suite which includes: a King bed, two single beds, and an extra sofa bed with plenty of room for a crib or Pac-n-Play. The Loft Suite also includes a full bath with dressing nook and mirror, a sink, water closet, and walk-in shower, and a hanging closet. Access to the Family/Loft is optional and is only available for large groups of 8 or more overnight guests. Perfect for rentals of between eight and ten guests. The Family Suite is a comfortable raised floor, living space with vaulted ceilings, paddle fan, windows, skylight, new wood floors with natural wood-stained wainscoting.
