The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do normal cleanup. Cleaners will do small amounts of dishes, sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, vacuum, do laundry & restock. Please pick up after yourself as excessive soiling/trashed house has fees
Please make sure minisplits are powered off and furnace is left to 50 from oct-feb. Log out of streaming apps on tv and power off. Lock all doors&windows. Simply press lock icon on door after closing
