I had a great stay! The house was great, comfortable, and had everything I could possibly need. You could tell that every detail was thoughtfully planned to make the stay easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing! So much space to spread out. Very neat, beds were firm but doable, kitchen is huge. I wish we could have stayed for the whole weekend. Jeff was a great host. Would definitely rent this home again!

Great space for our family. Interior has been completely remodeled (new carpet, flooring, tile bathrooms, etc). Very spacious with nice furniture. The hosts were amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Outstanding communication. We will be back. Thanks Jeff for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property during our stay to Orange City, Iowa. The property was exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and completely new inside. It was very spacious for our party. The owner was very prompt and thorough in all his communications. I would highly recommend it!!!
