Welcome to Tiny Tranquility, a thoughtfully designed tiny home at Firefly Resort. The covered porch sets the tone from the moment you arrive, with a rope swing, cushioned seating, a barrel top table, and string lights that stretch out over a private wood burning fire pit area below. Four Adirondack chairs around the stone bordered pit make it a natural spot to end the evening under the Hill Country sky.



The Space:

Inside, soaring ceilings and large windows bring in plenty of natural light. The brick fireplace with a smart TV above anchors the living area, while the leather sofa and Southwestern rug add a warm Texas character throughout. The full kitchen opens to the living space and is ready for cooking.



The main bedroom features a queen bed with warm mustard accents, dual sliding barn doors, and sconce lighting on both sides. Upstairs, the loft offers a second queen bed and a smart TV making it a comfortable and private space for additional guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
