The hot tub can be heated upon request. It takes about 1 hour to heat up and stays on for 1 hour. This can be done twice a day for a $75 fee.

The pool is available year-round but does not have a heater, so it will be chilly during the coldest winter months.

Please note: The pickleball court is original to the home and has a slight slope on the sides. Also, there are cracks in the cement on the back patio that have caused it to be uneven. We wanted to make sure you're aware of these details before your stay.

A loaner car rental is available and can be dropped off at the property for your stay. We offer a Cadillac Escalade that seats 7-8 people. Send us a message for pricing.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign a "Guest Rental Agreement" upon booking.
Overnight guests: limit is 14. Property is 15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip.

* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
*The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours.

All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
