This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, poker table and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is about a 5 minute drive to the Rio Casino and has very easy access to the freeway. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere around the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Every bedroom has a King size bed. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa. waterfall for serenity and waterslide for the kids make this backyard an awesome retreat. A covered patio with furniture and a built in barbecue grill that runs on natural gas, so you never run out of propane. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is a 5 hole putting green, for everyone to enjoy.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Great Stay

This place was in a fantastic location... close to everthing. The beds were all very comfortable and the area was quiet so we all slept great. Our group enjoyed the hot-tub and pool area as well as the pool table inside. I would recommend staying here again.

Great place and host!

I can't say enough nice things about our hosts; they are incredibly gracious and communicative. This is a great location to get to the strip and the Arts District (highly recommend), but far enough that you can enjoy downtime with lots of fun things to do at the house, ping pong, pool, basketball, and putting green. Great layout for a group of adults! We will stay here again!!

Quick family getaway

This house was perfect for my family . The house was just as pictured with huge bedrooms and a lot of space . The house was fully furnished down to seasonings in the kitchen . Every room had a TV which my family loved. The check is process was easy and the host was very attentive . We will definitely be back this summer

We enjoyed the stay very much. Spacious house with great activities for the kids. Convenient drive to the convention center. Only drawbacks were mattresses not very comfy and some minor maintenance issues such as loose outlets and master tub not working.

Fantastic property

This property is an excellent option for a larger family/group. It is located in close proximity to the strip. It is well-stocked with lots of fun options for entertainment without leaving the property. I had excellent communications with the property owners.

Amazing Christmas with the family

We will definitely come back, the Host very responsive and accomodating for requests not included in the offer like having Christmas tree decorated and lights waiting for us, the house has everything for any need, very clean and the layout is very comfortable from the kitchen fully equipped and open to dining area and pool table which everyone were having fun being together in one place whether cooking or playing game of pool, all bedrooms have king beds and very good sizes these are just few thing of what was available to enjoy indoor, the outdoor we only used the BBQ which was amazing overall it exceeded our expectation.

Guys trip

Great location and great property. Only issue was no heat on lower level of house. Service was called and they came out to the house but were unable to fix it until after our check out date. Not a huge issue with a bunch of guys we used the gas fireplace to take the bite out of the chilly mornings. We had a great time

The house was located in a great place for getting to and from the Vegas Strip. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and were available for any questions. The outside pool/hot tub and all the amenities were amazing. We, as a family, made lots of great memories!

The property was great. There are plenty of amenities, a nice neighborhood, and the pool was great. The location was great because it did not take long to get to where we needed to go, with the central location from to the Strip or Freemont.

HGR 2024 Vegas

Celebrating a couple of our wives 60th B-day. Busy schedule for us 8 nights. Sphere (Eagles) , Browns game Allegiant Stadium , Hoover Dam, Pat Tillman Bridge, Red Rock , West rim Grand Canyon Skywalk and went Zion national park in Utah. It was great to come back to the house every evening to relax and enjoy the pool, putting green and the outside area was perfect. The outdoor grill area was also great and we used it multiple times during our stay. Inside living area, kitchen and dining room were perfect for us (8) adults big and spacious. Lindsay and Jamason were perfect hosts.

Friends birthday trip

Large house, great garden, pool, waterfall, spa, golf, basketball. Short Uber to the strip and quiet neighbourhood. Clean, lots of towels and other useful items leftover in cupboards such as coffee. Thanks we had the trip of a lifetime for a group of friends 40th birthdays!

We came with a group of 10 and the house was amazing. Very clean, tons of room, lots to do and came with everything you’ll need for a stay. The pool was the best part for us girls and the guys utilized the basketball court for disc bash! We loved the house and would love to stay again!

Incredible stay

Our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) loved our stay here! The pool is amazing. Big and fun! The water slide was a blast and everyone had so much fun. The house is a very nice size with plenty of beds, including 2 rollaways and a few sleeping mats. Lots of pool towels. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash. No lotion though, so bring your own as Vegas is DRY and the pool dried us out as well. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The equipment for the pool table, basketball/pickleball court, putting green, table tennis, games, etc, were all good quality, which is so unusual in rentals. It was a great stay and helped make our vacation wonderful. Thank you!
