The home is close to the action but far enough from the Strip to relax and enjoy quiet, private time with your group.
Guest access
Smartlock code will be provided before your stay. Please also note that the front door can be a bit finicky. Be sure to firmly press the thumb latch down when opening. It may feel like the door is still locked, but a little extra pressure will do the trick.

Important Pool Rules
Guests may NOT operate pool equipment. Management controls everything.
Violations will result in a $500 fee.
The pool vacuum must remain underwater at all times.
The pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Leaves or debris may appear due to Las Vegas winds; this is normal. A leaf rake is provided for guest use.

Pets
Pets are allowed for a fee of $250 per pet.
Bringing pets without prior permission will result in a charge to your deposit for the full pet fee for your stay plus an additional $250 violation fee.

Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
Violations will result in a $500 fee.

Guest Responsibilities
Roll garbage bins to the street on Wednesdays and return them to their original spot on Thursday afternoons once emptied.
Gardeners and backyard maintenance visit once per week.
No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed.
A massage chair is available for guest use upon request. When not in use, it is stored away. Access must be requested, even though the chair appears in the photos.
The massage table is stored in the main-level bedroom (the room with wallpaper).
