Otter Cove History:
Meticulously selected by the owners, each room has specific, sentimental pieces that have been incorporated to preserve the memory of their loved one who sought refuge at his peaceful haven. The family is honored to open up this sacred ground; allowing others to create lasting memories while finding their own sense of serenity.

The real staple of the home was once the water wheel house. Every churn of the wheel displayed a true labor of love, as it was creatively built from scratch in 2014 by a very beloved father and papaw. Sadly, Hurricane Micheal swept it away in October 2018; however, the young grandson of its founder has plans to rebuild in the near future.

Great spot on the Forgotten Coast
Great, quiet location with a nice view overlooking Indian Pass lagoon and just down the road from Indian Pass Raw Bar. The property is well staged and well maintained but would benefit from a bit more substance over style and greater attention to detail. Disappointed to discover there was no hot water on our early day of departure, but overall we enjoyed a 2 wk+ stay.

Otter Cove is an amazing property!
My grandchildren were so entertained with the tether all, archery, horseshoes and, of course, the otters in the creek right beside the property! I loved the view of the lagoon and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very welll stocked.

Beautiful view, airy backyard, secluded yet close to beach
Only good things to say :-) Our family absolutely loved this rental and hated to leave. The open concept family/kitchen area made it easy to socialize while cooking. The back deck had a beautiful view of the bay, and the back yard was very spacious with enough area to play games, cookout, and hang out by the fire pit. I also enjoyed that the property was not right next to another house and was not a duplex. The grocery store/restaurants were not far at all (10-15 mins) and a general store was right down the road (5 mins). Public beach access was 15-20 mins away and the beach is gorgeous. We wish we would have stayed longer and would love to stay again!
