Ocean North 3 is perfect if you are looking for a quieter spot for your family, try Ocean North. Located directly on the ocean at 128th street. Ocean North is a smaller building, no waiting on elevators! Cozy and charming, with newer furnishings, this unit will make you feel at home. It features 2 bedrooms, and 1 ï¿½ bathrooms. Bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. The unit does not have a dishwasher, washer or dyer, there is a coin operated laundry for the building. This property rents Sat-Sat in season and any 4 nights off season. Occupancy is 6. Features dining area, kitchen and ocean front balcony. Located within a few steps to the beach.
Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.

Great Location but…

This was an economical choice but we would not stay here again. I could tell from the pictures that the property was older but although it was clean it didn’t look it, it is shabbier in person and lots of clutter. Did not want to sit on the sofa with bare legs it has seen better days. . Unit smelled musty and I had to wash everything when we got home.

Perfect location

This was our second time staying here. We love being able to walk from the balcony to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants. I’m sure we’ll be back:)

Wonderful Gem on the Beach!

My daughter and I celebrated her graduation from high school and had a terrific stay. We ate meals on the porch, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The living area was cozy and the kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Oceanside Park and other amenities. Would highly recommend!!

Cozy two bedroom as described and very close to the beach.

Loved the area, walking distance to the beach, cozy two bedroom house and we will definitely stay there again if available.

Right on the dunes —can see the ocean from porch and living room and hear the waves!

This is a cozy little unit 100 feet from the beach where one can read, sleep, watch DVD and just relax and enjoy the ocean all within a few steps of your frig!
