The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all lights and fans off including garage room and garage AC/heater. Put all used towels in master bathroom. And load dish washer.
The following rules are mandatory
• Registered Guests Only – Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
• No unregistered visitors or extra overnight guests
Place all trash in bags and put in outside bin. No over flowing trash to avoid extra $300 cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
