Great experience and thoughtfulness of owner … excellent communication!Spacious in and around home and this is an extension of home! Private tho !Close to all we wanted and did in the Berea area ! Highly recommend!

Excellent Communication with the Host. Superior Service. Thoughtfulness and Great Hospitality. Location is Awesome close to Eastern Kentucky University for any event you may have. Close to Buc-ee’s and Sonny’s BBQ. While close to tons of shopping centers. Especially when you want to enjoy your quiet time and peace. Superior place Very clean and Host is exceptional to meet anything you may need. Check in was a breeze no delays on the information that you need! Home away from Home safe secure and comfortable. Definitely will return when we have another trip to make to Richmond. Hope we get it before anyone else does on our next event.
