Rodents inside the house and inside the walls. Rats? Twelve-inch long rodent running through the house…No A/C, smoke alarms not working but beeping constantly, rodent poop on carpet in living room and one of the kitchen drawers, one bed had only a box spring - no mattress.

There’s 3 types of people, first group is group who r kind treat others how they want to be treated,,second group of people are group who are complainers nd last group of people are groups who is ready ti set on u nd make sure to harm u because they think they have power. I have multiple bookings and some gave 10/10 , Do not allow anyone to make u change your authentic self, we all have one life to live and is limited, share kindness love peace and happiness. Let peace rain upon us bd keep being the best you can be. Life’s a journey and it ends when we pass on. 💐💐💐, I have multiple listings nd multiple families who booked with, even when there’s a need, they we all respectful passing their needs across, you nd your group kept awake all night. Even to turn air conditioning on they want the host to do, they make house cleaners to back to clean again still never enough. If u are not comfortable with mountain homes why did you book it to start with, on weekly basis family’s are using our house. I regretted not canceling your reservation to be very honest, u guys are very mean nd wicked, . Remember what goes around comes around.

I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area and I own this property in Shingletown, Shasta County, Northern California. I enjoy traveling around the world 🌎 and I enjoy the outdoors. I enjoy hosting guests making sure they feel comfortable and welcome in a cosy and homely environment.

Why they chose this property

The scene in Shingletown is serene and peaceful and beautiful and very calming to the senses and the soul. The environment has so many beautiful and wonderful red wood trees 🌲 and visible wildlife. What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the freshness of the air, no pollution, very little traffic noise and no disturbance from neighbors. The house sits on over 3acres and the backyard overlooks a beautiful meadow.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique is that it is a 3 bedroom house with very spacious bedrooms and living room, a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms with unique classic fittings. There’s rooms are airy and has patios and plenty of natural lighting. There’s rooms property sits on 3.2acres with a spacious front yard and backyard. There’s enough space for storage and there are outdoor units for more storage space. The living has high ceilings and wooden fixtures. There’s a fireplace and a standby generator. There’s also a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
