We really enjoyed our stay. The host, Ms. Bautista, was very responsive and just wonderful to work with. The home was clean and spacious for our large group. The pool table was fun for rainy days. We would definitely stay again- thanks for having our family.

Great home for a family stay! The house was very clean and well stocked with all the extras you might need. We especially appreciated the coffee bar, pool towels, beach supplies, and the thoughtful touches like soap and shampoo. There were plenty of comfortable spaces to gather and relax together. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time during our April 2026 stay at Casa Trinidad. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Sarasota, and is 10 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and Siesta Beach. We've stayed in dozens of rental properties over the years, and felt this one was notably clean, well laid out and well equipped. Evelyn, the owner, responded very quickly to all our questions. My granddaughter loved the pool; the water temperature was perfect even without the pool heater, and there was plenty of pool toys. There is a collapsable cart to haul all the chairs, umbrellas, etc. to the beach. I heartily recommend this rental.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, was perfect for our group! The only issue we had was not the owner’s fault, the weather was unseasonably cold so the pool was struggling to get to the proper temperature and took an extra day or so to be comfortable, but the owner was very responsive and did everything they could to resolve the issue including sending someone out to check that everything was working properly. Plenty of appliances and cookware for us to make food for our Super Bowl party, and they had coffee supplies available as well. Very close to a shopping center with a Publix grocery store, restaurants and such!Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic home on a quiet, dead end street. The home was immaculately clean and well setup with everything you might need. Kitchen was very well stocked with glasses, utensils, plates etc, but also with all kinds of useful tools like a huge air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One bedroom has its own door out into the pool area and another has a door to the fire pit area. Two bathrooms, very clean and well stocked with more than enough towels. It could use some hooks to hang up used towels for drying but otherwise no issues. Big tvs throughout the house with Roku installed. All worked great. One thing to be aware of is the pool table is also the main dining table. There are three heavy interconnecting wood panels you need to place on top of the pool table to convert it. There is also an outdoor dining table however and we used that while the weather was warmer, and lots of bar height counter seating inside as well and then when it cooled down later in the week we finally gave in and converted the pool table which worked out well for us. The heated pool was fantastic even in December weather. We also made use of the propane bbq several nights, and there was even a second full tank ready if we had needed it.Host was super responsive. Never went more than a few minutes without a response. Really put us at ease. Highly recommend this property and host.

We loved our home away from home. My children wanted to stay and swim the majority of our trip. We had to force them out of the house to go to the beach most days, But they loved being able to swim at night. The house had everything we needed! Also, I loved our location; We weren’t too far from anything! Perfect summer vacation!
