Nestled just behind its sister villa Kaiso, Kai offers a retreat with all the perks of beachfront living. This charming three-bedroom home features two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs, plus a bonus office space that can be used if working remotely or an overflow bedroom on request.

Kai is perfect for guests who value privacy, with its own plunge pool, semi-covered patio, and lush landscaping that creates a secluded oasis. While conveniently located near the main road, its thoughtful design and cozy atmosphere make it a comfortable retreat for guests who want to enjoy the beach lifestyle with dedicated beach access while having easy access to nearby amenities.

The interiors are warm and welcoming, with playful Caribbean touches and a relaxed vibe that invites you to unwind.

Kai comes staffed with a housekeeper and a cook.

Housekeeper - 3 days a week
Cook – Summer (6 days a week, 2 consecutive meals per day)
Cook – Winter (6 days a week, 3 meals daily)

Due to natural coastal changes, the beach can shift throughout the year; sometimes there's a generous stretch of sand, and other times it's more limited.
