The home is situated on two main levels. Enter into the foyer, and walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find our fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a deck, and the master suite.
The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and enjoy each other’s company. The large living room walks out onto a deck with stairs down to the backyard. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
The cozy master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an updated shower and soaking tub.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, another living area with a couch and a TV and an additional bathroom. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with access to the outside. Please review the following house specific rules and regulations.
Due to local short-term rental rules, we cannot accept more guests than the reservation is for without prior approval. Please make sure that when making your reservation the guest count is accurate.
Please note that due to local fire restrictions and insurance regulations, the gas bbq and fireplace are not for guest use.
SHOES
Please kindly remove your shoes while in the house.
NO PETS
Pets are not permitted at any time. Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.
BEARS
Visiting Lake Tahoe means you are entering into Bear Country. While fun, we need to be extra careful with food in left cars and trash left out. Bears get hungry, therefore if you have trash, ALWAYS utilize the bear box and NEVER leave ANY food in your cars since the bears WILL break in and get it. If a bear does break in to the garbage can, please clean up immediately.
FIRES
Lake Tahoe is an incredible place and we want to make sure it stays that way. Please remember, fireworks are illegal. Never set off any fireworks while staying in Lake Tahoe.
NO SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking in the home or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Parties or gatherings are absolutely not permitted. Please respect the space, the neighbors, and guests at the neighboring homes. This is a quiet residential area.
QUIET HOURS
Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation.
YOUR BELONGINGS
Please be mindful of taking all your belongings back with you when you leave. A $25 fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items to you in addition to shipping costs.
EXCESSIVE TRASH FEE
If you happen to have more trash than expected, please be advised there is a $75 excessive trash/disposal fee added to the cleaning fee if trash is left behind (and not placed in the bear box). If any of the bins are full prior to arrival due to the trash day schedule, please notify us so we can waive that fee. Under no circumstances should garbage be left outside. We have a lot of wildlife in Lake Tahoe that would love nothing more than your fast food leftovers, but we do not want to tempt them with this. If garbage is left outside, the excessive trash fee will be charged.
LOCKOUT FEE
In the unfortunate event you get locked out, there will be a $100 lock-out fee.
