We were pleased with the property's beachfront location and the amenities offered by the building. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing.First, the upholstery on the living room and dining furniture was noticeably stained and in need of a deep cleaning. Additionally, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was heavily mildewed, which should have been identified and addressed during routine cleaning.We also experienced a maintenance issue that we reported on the second day of our stay. Despite multiple calls and messages, we were unable to reach a live representative. A maintenance technician eventually arrived without prior notice while a member of our party was using the shower. He inspected the shower head, confirmed it was broken, and indicated that he would return with a replacement. When no one returned the following day, we again attempted to contact the property management company for an update. The only response we received was a text message stating that someone would come on a business day between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with no specific timeframe provided.Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the property's cleanliness, particularly the stained upholstery and mildewed shower curtain, as well as the broken shower head and the poor communication and responsiveness of the property management company. These issues significantly detracted from our experience.
