About this property

Luxury pool and cabana lake house

This home was built to be a luxury vacation home. The back yard has a swimming pool, hot tub, waterfall feature, out door big screen with high quality projector, a massive outdoor natural gas fire pit, tiki torches, and the icing in the cake is the outdoor cabana bar with a full outdoor kitchen and restaurant grade equipment. Our home is directly across the street from Coral Beach park and of course Lake Okanagan. The city boat launch is also across the street and you will have full use of our boat buoy.
You are situated across the street from the lake and a 3 minute walk to 50th parallel estates winery and restaurant. You are a 8 min drive from one of Canada’s premiere golf courses Predator Ridge. Coral beach park has a tennis court and a basketball court for children to play. Kelowna international airport is 15min from the house

Beautiful backyard, but the house inside needs some love

We had an amazing weekend, the backyard is landscaped beautifully and its a great place to have a summer gathering with friends... I will say that many of our guests (mostly couples) noticed that the inside of the house wasnt very clean (bathrooms, kitchen etc) and that several items in the house are very old and likely need replacing (broken kitchen chairs, stools, stained towels, very old and dirty pots and pans)... It is certainly a party house, not a luxury home (just to manage your expectations). We also know this because we found 4 hot dogs floating in the pool when we arrived. We communicated these concerns to the owners after the trip and the response was "you are the first to ever complain" So if we were to do another trip, we would likely stay elsewhere a little more upscale that has a little more personal touch to the inside, but if you are looking for a fun pool tiki vibe and dont care about a little mess, then its a great place to party.

Great weekend getaway

So I was there with a group of guys, 9 in total, who were high school friends celebrating our 50th year. We loved the idea of a property that had lots to do on site. Also, close to Predator Ridge golf course and 50th parallel winery. We had a great time! Couldn’t have had a better place to meet our needs. Working with the property owners was fantastic and they were there to make sure we enjoyed our experience, thanks so much!

Dreamy Backyard Oasis!

Really LOVED the property! My little family had a blast :) only recommendation I would suggest is a welcome booklet on all the little things a stranger in your house may not know like tv systems, pool temperature, things in the neighbourhood, fun recommendations, etc. There was a lovely YouTube video for the majority of the outside activities which was SO helpful. Thank you and we had an awesome stay!
