Panoramic downtown picturesque views from your living room, backyard, master bedroom, and jacuzzi! Fully furnished and located in the heart of Mission Hills. You are within walking distance to Mission Hills and Hillcrest local cafes, nightclubs, restaurants, and Balboa Park. Short bike ride to Little Italy, Downtown, North Park, University Heights, etc. Luxuriously upgraded throughout with decorative pennant lighting, 75" TV to enjoy movies, oversized living room, abundance of natural sunlight and mature trees, and a cozy couch for movie watching or enjoying the illuminated cityscape.
Master bedroom has a plush Sterns and Foster handmade queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet.
Second bedroom has a very comfy Tuft and Needle queen bed and built in closets with blackout curtains. Third bedroom is perfect for a home office, offering a sit/stand desk as shown. French doors open to the front garden to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. All 3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans and can sleep a total of 6 people
New full-size washer and dryer in garage with ample parking for 3 cars (w/ 1 in garage). Well behaved pets are welcomed. Pets must be approved by owner and subject to pet deposit/rent.
Available for monthly rental.
