Step outside and enjoy the private pool area, perfect for sunny Florida days. Whether you`re spending the afternoon swimming, lounging poolside with a drink, or enjoying evening dinners outdoors, the backyard offers the ideal space to unwind and enjoy the warm coastal atmosphere.

Inside, the home features generous living spaces with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for gathering together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and convenient during your stay. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

Located in a great area of Port St. Lucie, the home offers convenient access to beautiful beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, nature preserves, and local attractions. Whether you`re visiting for a family vacation, golf trip, business travel, or a relaxing escape, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort, space, and location.

Enjoy sunny days by the pool, spacious indoor living, and everything you need for a memorable stay.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.

NO SMOKING in the house or anywhere near the pool.

Quiet Hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. Please be respectful of this time, as we have neighbors.

No parties are allowed on the property.

When using the BBQ grill. Please pull the grill away from the house wall when using it to prevent smoke damage or possible fires.

Check-In: Anytime after 4 pm
Check-Out: By 10 am

Please respect the check-out time, as we require sufficient time to clean and prepare the house for the next guest.

Upon leaving please lock all doors and place key back into key box. Turn the Air Conditioning up to 78 degrees upon leaving please. We like to conserve energy when possible.

Please note the garage itself is off limits to guests. You will have access to the widened driveway during your stay, which provides ample space for your vehicles.

There is a shed in the backyard that is also off-limits to the guest.

A minor issue with the AC (it’s a brand new unit but a power surge had required it to be reset) left the house at 88 degrees. Owner responded quickly and had a repairman on site and the situation rectified before the sun had set. They handled it well. Communication before during and and after the stay was universally prompt, professional and courteous. The house itself is very clean and comfortable on the interior. The pool is spotlessly clean and refreshing. A skimmer was unable to be located but when requested a new one was delivered to the house within an hour. You really can’t ask for a more accommodating host. Overall completely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at our VRBO. Our host Lauren was the best; very informative. We appreciate the hospitality that was given to us. Beautiful, spacious, clean and accommodating house for a wonderful time. Air conditioner was on and ready for a cool stay. The pool is a plus, especially on hot Florida days. Definitely a 5-Star Rating VRBO location. This will be our first location to look for in the future. Thank you so much.

The property is unique in that it’s one of the first homes in the area and has been an instrumental part of my families life as they transitioned from NY to FL. We made the house a home from the many hands on renovations my Father lead to the holidays my Mother loving orchestrated to bring joy and happiness under the roof we shared.
