The property was exactly as described and a great location for seeing SLC by walking or driving. The designated parking space in garage was a definite plus since SLC has limited street parking. Our visit to SLC was in early March so we did not use well-maintained pool, but hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. The host has stocked the property well with comfortable beds, kitchen utensils, thick fluffy bath towels, ample number of hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The up-to-date washer and dryer with detergent supplied were most appreciated. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week in SLC. I would highly recommend it if you visit SLC and want a location that is convenient, comfortable, and well maintained.

The check in instructions were very hard to follow if you are from out of town. Our designated parking spot was taken when we checked in. We walked into the apartment at first very happy with it. Until we realized all three of the beds either had a dirty duvet cover, sheets, or pillow cases. Our kids’ feet were dirty from walking on the floor. When we checked the closet for cleaning supplies all that was in there was a mop and bucket. The mop head looked like it hadn’t been changed in quite some time. Dust was noticeable on light fixtures. Soaps looked like it was refilled with other soaps or water added to it. There was noticeable hair clump on one of the blue chairs. The carpets are full of stains. So luxury would not be what I would classify this apartment at all. We did contact the host to which the attitude seemed like it was “sorry about your bad luck, find parking elsewhere for the night, and I’ll contact the office, and cleaning company tomorrow.” The resolution we came to was change all of the bedding and mop with a clean mop. Later that evening we could tell some was changed and some still had the same stains on it. Soaps looked like they were brand new bottles. Overall I would say a terrible experience. We were in town for medical reasons for our child. Cleanliness is very important. The host we didn’t feel was very motivated and accommodating to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
