We had a wonderful stay at this property- worked really well for our party of 8. The home was immaculate, well appointed, and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely book this property again!
We have been vacationing in Narragansett every summer for the last 10 years. This is by far the nicest vacation rental in which we have stayed. The owners were very accommodating. Very peaceful vacation! The private beach down the street is gorgeous.
We had a wonderful week at this lovely home. Highly recommend this place. It had everything we needed to enjoy a fun-filled week with our kids & grandkids. We fell in love with Narragansett and look forward to returning next year.
This home was clean and fully furnished with whatever you may need for a summer beach vacation. The location was perfect away from the beach traffic but still a short walk to Kelly Beach. My family and I will definitely be back next year.
The property is essentially brand new with plenty of space for a family. We brought our two teenagers and there was enough room for us to spread out. Also, linen service was so convenient. We have stayed at other properties where we’d have to bring bed linens and towels which takes up a ton of room. Would definitely stay again.
The property was clean, super new and updated, and had all of the kitchen supplies we could ever need. Host's communication was quick and easy. The walk to the beach was a little bit more than we wanted but we still went multiple times- absolutely great for my 1 & 3 year olds. The house fit our needs perfectly. About 15 minutes from anywhere you want to be- Wakefield, Narragansett, Scarborough. Thanks!
This property was spectacular! Nothing was missing. Extremely accommodating for the size of our party. We really hated to leave. I’d recommend this highly. Hope to visit here again! Thank you for the great week.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Fresh and clean, big rooms, great floor plan and excellent location! Has everything you need for a great week in RI. The private beach and neighborhood are nice, but it’s also an easy ride to all of the other wonderful beaches and areas of Narragansett if you want to switch it up during your stay. We spent our week visiting Block Island, Newport, Roger Wheeler Beach, Narragansett town beach and the local Kelly Beach, plus we could easily get a daily dose of Brickley’s ice cream! Owners are friendly, accessible and very easy to work with.
I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your family or group summer getaway! We are a young family and we just had the best two week family vacation in the heart of July.
We were able to utilize beach passes to Kelly Beach everyday which is only 0.8 miles from the house and a gorgeous local beach- great for kids! There are many other great beaches within 10-15 minutes as well (e.g. Town Beach, Scarborough Beach, etc.) The owner provides chairs and umbrellas for use which was really handy. The outdoor shower at the place is amazing too for post beach rinsing.
The house is newer construction so the place is in great shape and there are many fun gathering/lounging areas between the deck, screened in porch, and the living room. You are also super close to a local market for food (Roches), coffee/breakfast spots (e.g. Fuel, Dunkies, Melgies Diner, etc.) as well as Brinkley's Icecream which we did every night! You are also 20 minutes from Newport and many other great local adventure locations.
The owner Paul was very responsive and great to work with throughout the rental process. We can't wait to come back next summer!
We love the beach, but are major homebodies. This house made us feel we were spoiled on vacation even when we spent part of our day inside. We had all the comforts of home, plus wonderful indoor and outdoor decks, and private yard. Kitchen fully equipped. The entire house was beautiful inside and out. 3 min drive to Narragansett Beach. 15 min drive to Scarborough state beach. We had free access to Kelly Beach through the property. We will stay here again next year!
What a wonderful stay at a beautiful home. A perfect match for all of us .
A great experience , owner was wonderful

About the host

We are a family of 5. My wife and I have three beautiful daughters who love the RI shoreline. With the short drive from CT we take advantage of all that RI has to offer. From Bonnet Shores to Newport there are so many areas to explore.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property in 2016 when it was a 900 sqft cottage. As our family and our love for the area grew we knew we needed to expand. In 2021 we tore the 1955 cottage down and built a brand new space for our family. We love the Narragansett area and all that it has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We are walking distance to Bonnet Shores private beach . Bonnet is just a short ride to Narragansett town beach, Watch Hill and Newport. While in the area you can take a ferry to Block Island or a sunset lighthouse cruise. We are 45 minutes to the Connecticut Casinos and outlets. Just a short ride to Providence and the Roger Williams Zoo. The area offers many biking trails as well as places to rent paddle boards, kayaks and jet ski's. The area offers a large selection of restaurants from casual to upscale dinning.
