For any non-emergency access (e.g., maintenance), we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, starter toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags.
Items to Bring: Please plan to bring your own personal toiletries, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided in the home and are free for you to use.
BBQ Grill: A propane grill and barbecue utensils are available. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane (tanks can be easily exchanged at local stores) and for cleaning the grill after use.
Pool & Spa: The pool and spa are professionally serviced weekly. The pool is enclosed in a screened cage, but please be aware that some outdoor debris may naturally find its way into the water.
Home Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival, treated for pests monthly, and the HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling are both collected on Thursdays. Please place the bins by the curb on collection days.
Property Access: We reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice in the event of an emergency. For any other access needs, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
