The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room floor. Linens can be left on the beds. Turn off all ceiling fans and lights. Late checkouts past 11 am without prior approval incur an additional night's charge.
Collect all bagged garbage a place in canister beside driveway. NO loose garbage. Must be bagged. At checkout, turn off all lights & set thermostat to 65°F in winter or 75°F in summer.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to leaving. Avoid placing plastics in the dishwasher's lower part.
Missing mattress pads result in a $100 charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
