The good: The host was very responsive to messages. The location is great, within 10 minutes of all the attractions. Parking was free and it's pet friendly. Water pressure was good and there was ample hot water. The place was really clean and tidy. The bad: Would not stay again. First thing we noticed is how sketchy the neighborhood is. It's a newish apartment complex in a really old neighborhood. Some of the houses should have been condemned years ago. There are people living in the other units so you hear all sorts of sounds you would hear like a smoke alarm that beeped from the time we arrived to the time we left. Once we got in the unit we noticed there is no flooring, just concrete. The worst part was the smell of cleaning supplies once you enter the apartment. Almost bailed and went to a hotel. That took a day or two to air out once we pulled the products from the air handler closet and bagged them up.
