In the spirit of full transparency, we want to inform you about some ongoing restorations at the property. Following new state-wide mandates enacted after the 2021 Surfside collapse, all condominiums in Florida are required to undergo structural repairs.
The major repairs for our building are complete. The work that remains is minor and confined to the back of the building. Your rental is located on the ocean-facing side, away from the construction. However, please be aware of the following during your stay:
Elevators: Daytime repairs are in progress. While the building has two elevators, there may be periods when only one is operational.
Pool Area: The pool is currently closed for repairs, unknown date when pool will re-open.
Many condos across the state are currently undergoing similar, often more intensive, repairs. If you have any concerns about these circumstances, please let us know.
