Set thermostat to 64 in winter and 76 in summer. Turn off 3 mini split units and propane heaters if used.
The BBQ grill is there for your enjoyment. You will find it clean on your arrival. Please ensure it is clean after use.
No fires on the day of check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep pets off the beds or furniture and crate them if left unattended to avoid additional cleaning or damage fees. Clean up any pet messes.
