This space offers a one-of-a-kind stay with modern comforts that has been completely updated, offering a clean, cozy retreat perfect for your stay.

We offer 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath, full kitchen, living, dining and laundry. We pride our self in our clean, cozy atmosphere.

There are two reserved parking spots on the premises and additional parking a short walk down the street. We are pet friendly with approval and offer a small yard area.

We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown, you’ll be within easy walking distance of local shops, dining, and Union College. After a day out, come back and unwind in a thoughtfully designed space that feels like home.

This location has so much to offer and perfect for families with children, Union College guest and traveling professionals. We are conveniently located between Corbin and Pineville. Local attractions include Knox Sports Park, Cumberland Falls, Corbin Arena, Pine Mountain State Park and Cumberland Gap.

We arrived late at night, and the property was hard to find without help. Maybe having building numbers more conspicuous would be a good idea.Communication was excellent, and we are especially thankful for a little “aftercare “with a forgotten item.The location is quite convenient to all places.
