Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms (1 king,1 queen) and 2 bathrooms. The main living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and opens onto a large deck, ideal for gathering, grilling, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the thermostat at 75 degrees during the hot summer months and 55 degrees in the winter.
