Want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind? Pines Lodge is the perfect place to get away from it all. This 4 bedroom/ 3 bath cabin is about reconnecting with family and friends, not the internet. Six fabulous acres with a pond and a view that makes you want to sit and relax for a while.

This property is on a well with a filtration system. It is not on a public water system.

Great house for a large group

Beautiful home, well maintained, quiet, with a great location minutes to Hayesville and Hiawassee. The host was responsive and kind. The kitchen was adequate and there were some seasonings, teas/coffee, sugar, flour, oils left by previous renters. Check the cabinets before grocery shopping so you have an accurate list. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom/shower and the master bathroom has a walk in tub that is not conducive to showering so you will be sharing a shower with the bedroom next door. In addition, the window coverings in the bedrooms you can see through when the lights are on inside, especially at night. I would stay here again (even knowing the above things) as this is a great house in a great location. It is very comfortable and a nice get-away. I have this house on my favorites list because it is so nice.

This was a very nice getaway. Newly renovated. There were some things in the house that need a little more attention (ie shower curtains too short and water splashing out of shower- very minor things). Upstairs bed I think is a full size, not Queen as advertised. Overall, very great house and I would stay again!

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
