Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1006 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 10th floor of the breakers east on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Nice place to relax, beach and sand beautiful, ocean was warm and overall clear most days! Pool was nice in the evenings to relax in.

The unit was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals at home, and the balcony was fabulous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. At the time of this review, the unit had a decent-sized cooler, beach tote, toys, and chairs (for after 5pm setup). We will be renting this unit again for sure!

Extremely clean condo. Has to be the cleaniest comdo we have ever rented. Plenty of towels, hangers, and kitchen supplies. Nice, big patio with plenty of seating. They were very fast with repling to messages.

Perfect getaway.

We loved staying here. Condo was clean, cute and spacious. Parking was great! Super location. The beach attendants for this condo were by far THE BEST! No overcrowding here. We wouldn’t change a thing other than needing more time to stay.

From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. The unit has an unbelievable view of the Gulf with no obstructions. I travel for a living and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so we decided stay in a condo/house and wasn’t disappointed. We highly recommend! We will be back

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breakers East 1006. The unit was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well outfitted that I almost felt guilty not using it more. The interior design was very well done and we found it very clean. The complex itself was great. The covered parking and beach set up completes the draw to this unit. I highly recommend it!

In the future please bring items to my attention when you arrive, so that I can send the housekeeper back to correct any oversights. We appreciate your specific feedback in regards to which furniture items need replaced in your opinion. The owner of 1006 takes pride in keeping their unit up to date. We will address any items needing replaced. The mattress sets in queen room were replaced last year 4th of July week (2018). All of the other furniture/TV's/etc were purchased new in 2013. Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Nice upgraded, spacious layout and we didn’t feel cramped. Since it is a corner unit, the extra windows provided more light. The king size bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the a/c based on a previous review but it worked well. I wished we would have paid the extra to have the condo stocked with our groceries. We would stay there again.

Everything was great! The floors looked clean, but after wearing my socks for just a few minutes they were dirty. While they looked clean, they really need a good mopping! Or either the carpet needs cleaning. But it didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property. Great choice for our 51st wedding anniversary. Second time staying at Breakers East. Will be our choice in the future.

Beautiful place to relax

This condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my family, the only issue we had was the A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Management was contacted and they did send someone over to clean out the unit but it didn’t help much, good thing we brought fans because we had to leave them on with the doors closed, and it would be nice if they had a ceiling fan in the living room, other than that our stay was very relaxing and the condo was decorated beautifully.

Facilities Need Repair

For the 3rd year in a row the elevators were not working. During last Saturday’s change over, there were families that waited around 30 min for an elevator. Some got so mad they smashed several of the carts in frustration.

Great location

The location was perfect! The balcony views are amazing! It is right on the beach with no roads to cross. When we went walking on down the beach, we noticed bigger condos with rows and rows of beach chairs on the beach. At other condos, we saw where people were having to look at the back of each other’s chairs. At Breakers, there was only one row of beach chairs with no one in front of us to block views of the water. This was something I had never thought of when booking until we noticed it while walking down the beach. Breakers is a smaller building in comparison to other buildings which means less crowding. The condo unit itself was very nice. The owners have done extremely well with making sure the unit is up to date, decorated well, very clean, and has everything you need. I hardly ever say this, but it felt like home. It was nice to have that classy touch of a beach vibe and yet it is not “overdone” with tropical colors painted on walls everywhere. I loved how relaxing the master bedroom felt. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. We would definitely stay at this unit again. Overall, it was a great experience!
