Come enjoy this centrally-located one bedroom studio in Eureka! This unit provides lots of natural light, private entry, a comfortable queen size bed, dining/work area, as well as a newly remodeled kitchenette and private bathroom. This is an extremely convenient location for Eureka and very easy to find
The studio is part of a larger home built in 1957. The main house is occupied by myself and family so there is a possibility you will hear low level noises at times.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics (pots, pan, utensils, baking sheets, hot water kettle, pour over coffee set up, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil). Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in the bathroom. The closet contains a fan, iron and small ironing board. There’s a flat screen smart tv, space heater to get the studio toasty and small wall heater in the bathroom. Temperatures are never high enough for air conditioning in this part of the world.
