Beautiful 1-bedroom condo in terrific Myrtle Beach

I am truly sorry to hear that your stay fell short of your expectations and that you experienced so much stress—especially while traveling with a one-year-old. To clarify a few details: our one-bedroom units do not have in-room washers and dryers. Regarding the view, while I know you mentioned searching for ocean front, our listing indicates that this specific unit is an ocean view. And while we do provide access to the pools at our sister properties, I fully recognize how inconvenient it is to have to drive to another location to use a pool when you have a baby with you. Most importantly, I am deeply concerned to hear about the persistent pounding noise coming from the locked utility closet. That is certainly not the restful environment we want for our guests. I am having maintenance dispatched immediately to investigate and resolve that issue so it doesn't impact anyone else. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
