Escape to your dream beach getaway at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3404, a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 960 sq. ft. of comfort and sleeping space for up to 6 guests. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this coastal retreat is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to experience the best of the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Wake up to the sound of waves and step onto your private balcony to soak in panoramic Gulf views. Inside, you'll find a stylish coastal interior filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—or head out to one of the many incredible seafood restaurants just minutes away.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access, allowing you to enjoy the Gulf views from sunrise to sunset. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands. The complex includes five buildings, and the first digit of each room number corresponds to its building for easy navigation.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
