Guest Access

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guesthouse including both balconies, and exclusive use of all outdoor amenities throughout their stay. The owners' private deck overlooks the pool and garden areas, but all outdoor spaces are reserved entirely for your use while you are onsite.

Good to Know

Summit Sunsets is accessed via one full flight of stairs. Outdoor areas include gravel pathways and gentle slopes which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only — there are no cameras inside the guesthouse and your indoor privacy is fully respected. A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required prior to arrival, or guests may opt for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability.
