Private Saco River Beach access, Storyland & Attitash 3 miles away

This rustic cozy pet-friendly home is located in the North Conway, NH area. It is a three-bedroom with two full baths. A large open kitchen leads to an open dining and living room area with an open loft to the upstairs hallway. Large deck with grill and outside fire pit. Fully applianced, cable tv, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided. Gas stove fireplace for a perfectly cool night.

Private, access to Saco River Beach is located just a short walk down the road. Perfect for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming! Echo Lake State Park a few miles down the road is another beautiful swimming area.

Hiking trail to Mt. Stanton a few houses down. You can actually hike to Mt. Washington from this trail!

Storyland is located 3 miles away!

Attitash Ski Mountain and activities are located less than a mile away. Ten-minute drive to all of North Conway's shopping, fine dining, and entertainment!

That first-floor bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a set of two bunk beds with access to the full bathroom and a TV with a DVD player.

Pack and play and a baby gate are provided along with receptacle covers for outlets for the safety of children.

Also, bring your furry friend along to this pet-friendly house! Dog bowls, lead, and treat jar are some thoughtful additions for your companion. Custom gate added to outside deck for the safety of your pet and baby gate for inside. If your dog is not used to new spaces we kindly ask you to crate them when not in the house.

It's quiet and peaceful neighborhood is perfect year around!

We have a standard coffee machine and a Keurig. Coffee filters are provided. Coffee is not guaranteed to be stocked.

Need more space? We have a two-bedroom in this neighborhood for the in-laws! Ask us about it!

** our dumpster is emptied on Monday mornings normally around 9 AM. Please make sure no cars are blocking the dumpster a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged if the car is blocking.

Saco River Living

Thank you again for letting stay at your wonderful place. We love the quiet area and the access to the saco river. Even on rain days, it is a perfect place to curl up with a book or watch a movie.

Just perfect!

For our first visit to Storyland! We didn’t run out of things to do because the property is close to everything. Shop, hike, explore the river or shop in North Conway. Also the house was better stocked with essentials than most! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Sweet stay at Sweet Pines!

We decided to have an ‘away’ Christmas this year and we’re so happy with our stay at Sweet Pines. It was very clean, well appointed, had really comfortable beds and furniture and was dog friendly! We didn’t want to leave our canine kids at home for the holiday. Close to lots of activities. Private and the hiking out the back door was wonderful. Enjoyed it immensely and hope to come back when there is more snow.

Nice quiet getaway

The five of us and a little poodle had a wonderful time. The Sweetpine Lodge accommodated our family perfectly. The cottage is very neat and clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms; ample parking Close to Jackson, North Conway village and Attitash. Excellent communication with Deanna, the owner! Highly recommend

Quiet area and short drive to downtown Conwway!

We had a great time very relaxing trip so peaceful and beautiful area. The house was spacious and very clean. Had everything you need in a kitchen. Communication with home owner very responsive. 2min drive to private beach which was a plus! Would recommend to family and friends!

This is our favorite place!

Comfortable and charming cabin

We had a wonderful week and could have stayed longer! There is a perfect merger of charming cabin details with modern convenience. The living room furniture was super comfy for when we felt like lounging and we all loved the window bench and took turns laying there. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was easy to access and use. The neighborhood is very quiet and an easy drive to many fun activities. The river beach was fun and perfect for the whole family including the dog. Deanna was easy to communicate with. Hands down our favorite rental in the white mountains!

My husband and myself live on the South Shore in Massachusetts. We both grew up in Massachusetts and have always vacationed in New Hampshire making it the perfect spot for a vacation home.

Why they chose this property

The White Mountains have been a great part of our relationship. We would canoe the Saco River as kids yearly as friends and now as husband and wife. We have always known this area would have a place in our hearts and always be in our lives. We know enjoy it with our 4 year old son.

What makes this property unique

The moment we walked into Sweet Pines I knew it was it. The lofted ceilings, the multiple large windows letting in so much natural light and the quiet neighborhood nestled in the pine trees. Even driving in and seeing Mt.Stanton knowing the hiking trails were so close made me feel like this was the house for us.
