Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place with lots of space! Enjoy the BRAND NEW, heated pool with sundeck, patio and screen enclosure! This home comes with an attached private garage. It has 3 bedrooms ( 2-king beds w/ 50” TVs & 1- Queen bed ) 2 full bathrooms ( 1 walk in shower and 1- shower/ tub combo) Enjoy the open floor plan, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dinning table with 6 seats & additional seating located at the waterfall bar. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a pool day with the family or venture out to one of the many attractions near by!

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place used linens and towels in the laundry basket located in the master closet and place in laundry room.

Gather all trash & placed in the outside trash can located in the garage. Trash pick up is on Tuesday/Fridays, place the can at the end of the drive the night before.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had such a great time! The house is clean, new, and thoughtfully furnished and stocked. The heated pool is such a great addition for spending an afternoon at the house or going for a swim in the evening. Flagler beach is a short drive and a funky little town for a day at the beach, yummy restaurants, or to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Karolina was also so helpful with the check in process and always responsive to our questions. We can’t wait to come back!
