We only stayed for two night and the first was completely ruined because cleaning staff didn’t get finished with the main cleaning until 730. We had to rewash the dishes that were left in the dishwasher because it was overloaded. The sheets had the wrong sizes placed on two of the beds. We had to finish up the laundry at 1030 at night and some of the sheets they had placed on the bed were still wet because the dryer was overloaded. The hot tube area still had liquor bottles and beer bottles all around it and we couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty and never cleaned. Also between the main floor and the loft was no installation and you could literally hear everything. Even unzipping their suitcase. It was a nice place but we weren’t able to fully enjoy it and the host said he would refund our cleaning fee but no refund has been issued and host has refused to contact us back. Horrible experience with the host. House was good.
